This moderate 1.2-mile walk takes you up onto an area known as the Old Golf, with a memorable view of the castle halfway around as well as the Cheshire and Shropshire plains. Mostly through fields that may have livestock in them.

This easy, 2.5-mile circular woodland walk has great views of the parkland, and a little surprise in the middle. It is mainly on paths, but the last section is through open fields.
